The project CIVIL WILDERNESS does [not] define wilderness in terms of civilization. CIVIL WILDERNESS declares areas as ‘wild’ for a certain period of time. This takes place under certain conditions for every CIVIL WILDERNESS of how not to disturb ongoing processes. That is:

No Prohibitions! (This area is free of any specific prohibitions.)

It is viable at any size and form.

Borders can be defined physically or conceptually.
